What we collect

• Order details: name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
• Messages you send through the contact or application forms, including any photographs you attach.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and which form it came from.

What stays in your browser

Your cart and wishlist are stored on your own device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them. Nothing in them is sent to us until you place an order.

Payment details

Card details are never stored by this site and never reach our servers. When a payment provider is connected, the card is handled entirely by that provider and we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

What we do with it

Fulfil your order, answer your message, and — if you asked for it — send you an occasional note about new work and market days.

We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something.

Artisan applications

Applications and the photographs attached to them are kept so they can be reviewed. Nothing you send is published anywhere without asking you first.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
• Ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it and we will, except where an order record must be kept for accounting.
